I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER

Please email stationery@tuhi.co.nz as soon as possible with your order number,  and we will arrange for your order to be cancelled.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

Please email stationery@tuhi.co.nz as soon as possible with your order number, and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you along with a return bag to send the incorrect item back to us.

I RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT AN ITEM WAS MISSING.

Please email stationery@tuhi.co.nz with your order number, and we will arrange for the missing item to be sent to you.

MY ITEM HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED

Please note that once your order has been picked up from us it is in the hands of the couriers and we have no control of its delivery.  Please refer to our Shipping Page for more details on what to do in this situation.
