Packaging
We endeavor to use the most sustainable packaging available to us. We do not plastic shrink wrap our items, and use paper, boxes or recyclable and compostable packaging to wrap and ship our products.
We offset our shipping and distribution costs via the Pachama emissions programme, where our contribution is based on the shipping miles of each of our orders.
Shipping
You will receive a shipping notification via email or SMS text message when the product order has been dispatched and is on its way with the courier.
Please track your shipment with the tracking number provided to avoid delays. Please note that once your order has been picked up from us it is in the hands of the couriers and we have no control of its delivery.
Timeframes
If the item ordered is in stock, it will normally be processed for shipping within 1-3 days from order being received. If the item is out of stock - then it will be placed on hold.
Please note if your order includes a mixture of in stock and out of stock items - that we will hold shipping until all items are in stock. Please read product descriptions carefully to
Couriers
NZ Domestic: We use NZ Courier Post whose normal delivery time within NZ is 1-3 business days, however please note that during peak periods, and also due to COVID, there maybe some delays in delivery times - please refer to your tracking number.
Please note with COVID it is most common to use contactless delivery with no signature requirement. If you would like a signature required for delivery, please make a note on your order or contact us before shipment.
International: We use DHL Express orders for all international orders, and their delivery time is average 3-10 days worldwide.
Lost Shipment
If you believe your item has been lost by the couriers - please contact the couriers in the first instance to open an investigation. Once they do this and send you an investigation number you can send this to us and we will work with them to reach a resolution, which may include replacement of the order. However, we cannot instigate the investigation ourselves, it must come from the customer - so if this occurs please phone them directly;
