Host a fun, culturally rich trivia night with your whānau, kura, kapa, or community group.
The Mōhio Trivia Tester Pack is a free digital “event-in-a-box” designed to help people experience the upcoming Mōhio Māori Trivia Game we are developing. It allows anyone to run a live trivia event using simple tools and their own devices — no apps or subscriptions required.
This tester includes 3 rounds of trivia so you can try the system, have fun, and help us refine the final product before we release the full 10-round digital trivia packs for sale. (Proceeds will help us fund production of our Mōhio Māori Trivia Board Game)

How it Works
Just like a classic pub quiz night, one person acts as the host and presents the questions on a screen while players participate on their phones.
Players simply scan a QR code to open the answer form for each round. Their answers are automatically scored and displayed on a live leaderboard.
No special software is required — everything runs through Google Slides, Forms and Sheets.

Why We Created This Tester
We explored several trivia platforms and apps, but many required expensive subscriptions or limited how often the game could be used.
Instead, we designed a system that:
• Works anywhere
• Has no ongoing fees
• Can be used as many times as you like
• Is easy for communities to host themselves
This tester version helps us make sure everything works smoothly before releasing the full Mōhio Trivia Packs for sale.

How is shipping calculated?
We use the Go Sweet Spot App to calculate shipping rates dependent on order value, weight and your location. The average cost is between $7.00 - $15.00 - but may differ depending on those variables.
Free domestic shipping:
We offer free shipping on all NZ domestic orders over $75.00. Free shipping will not apply if you are using any discounts that take the final amount payable below $75.00
Domestic: Orders:
All items are normally shipped within 48 hours using NZ Post Overnight Courier (Auckland). You will receive email confirmation when your item has been picked up, is out for delivery, and delivered. Any queries relating to the order delivery need to be directed to NZ Post first.
International Orders:
All items are normally shipped within 1-3 days using NZ Post. You will receive email confirmation when your item has been picked up, is out for delivery, and delivered. Any queries relating to the order delivery need to be directed to NZ Post.
Packaging:
Aligned to our sustainability values, we aim to minimise waste and any un-necessary packaging. All customer orders are packed in either paper, or recyclable / compostable mailer bags purchased locally from R3Pack. Some items maybe shrink wrapped or in PLE packaging to protect the item. We repurpose and re-use all of our supplier stock boxes, and all excess are given away free to the public as they make perfect moving house boxes.
