Deepen your maramataka practice with the Whiro Maramataka Bundle – the ideal toolkit for those who already know their whānau, hapū or iwi maramataka and want a flexible way to track, customise and reflect on the lunar cycle. This set combines three complementary resources so you can learn, observe and record the moon’s influence on your daily life.
Ngā Mata o te Marama & Ngā Marama o te Tau Card Set
A 48-card learning resource covering the lunar phases and Māori months of the year. Each card features images, explanations and space to add your own observations, making it easy to align with your iwi or hapū maramataka. Compact A7 size with a durable satin-matte finish.
Whiro Maramataka Journal (A5+)
A 72-page soft-bound journal designed for customisable daily tracking. Start your lunar cycle from Whiro (New Moon) and record activities, observations, tides and daily “Ihi” (energy) levels. Includes a Maramataka Definition & User Guide, “He Tirohanga” by Haami Piripi, a free sticker sheet and Aratohu (guide).
Whiro Digital Journal (A4 Landscape Download)
The digital version for your device or tablet (GoodNotes, Evernote etc.). Includes the same layout as the printed journal with extra tools like a Poutama/Tracker for goal setting and an Ōku Whakaaro page for deeper reflections. Please note: this is a digital download; no physical product is shipped.
Designed for confident learners who already have a maramataka framework, this bundle lets you customise your own moon names and phases, start from Whiro, and seamlessly combine physical and digital journaling. Together, these resources offer the flexibility to observe, plan and reflect anywhere.
Customise lunar phases and Māori months to your own iwi/hapū.
Track daily activities, observations, tides and energy (“Ihi”) levels.
Combine physical and digital formats for maximum flexibility.
A culturally grounded, practical way to live by the maramataka.
