How is shipping calculated?
NZ Shipping is $12.50 Flat rate overnight courier anywhere in NZ
Free domestic shipping:
We offer free shipping on all NZ domestic orders over $120.00. Free shipping will not apply if you are using any discounts that take the final amount payable below $120.00
Domestic: Orders:
All items are normally shipped within 48 hours using NZ Post Overnight Courier (Auckland). You will receive email confirmation when your item has been picked up, is out for delivery, and delivered. Any queries relating to the order delivery need to be directed to NZ Post first.
International Orders:
All items are normally shipped within 1-3 days using NZ Post. You will receive email confirmation when your item has been picked up, is out for delivery, and delivered. Any queries relating to the order delivery need to be directed to NZ Post.
Packaging:
Aligned to our sustainability values, we aim to minimise waste and any un-necessary packaging. All customer orders are packed in either paper, or recyclable / compostable mailer bags purchased locally from R3Pack. Some items maybe shrink wrapped or in PLE packaging to protect the item. We repurpose and re-use all of our supplier stock boxes, and all excess are given away free to the public as they make perfect moving house boxes.

Environmental Impact
The print industry has a large impact on te Taiao (environment), so it is important to us to find ways to minimise our own impact.
The Manaaki Tangata App from Tuhi Stationery is practical, organised, and easy to use. It brings everything together in one place, including koha tracking with electronic receipts. It covers every situation I have needed and makes managing information simple and efficient.

Packed well, no damage when arrived & very quick with delivery and verification of online order and shipping of picket to track goods I suppose that’s mostly modern day buying online but still nice.
