Which to buy
Please note theTE RĀKAUNUIJournal/ Digital File is suitable fornewlearners as it contains the marama (moon) names of Te Whānau ā Apanui, and the moon cycle starts from Te Rākaunui (Full Moon).
If you know your whānau/hapū/iwi maramataka it maybe more suitable to purchase the WHIRO Journal which does not contain marama names and is able to be customised. The moon cycle in those journals start from Whiro (New Moon), but the rest of the layout is the same.

Unfortunately ordering from us will not give you an instagram worthy 'unboxing' video - but our plain packaging is significantly better for the environment then a 30 second reel!. Aligned to our sustainability values, we aim to minimise waste and any un-necessary packaging. All customer orders are packed in either paper, or recyclable / compostable mailer bags purchased locally from R3Pack. Some items maybe shrink wrapped or in PLE packaging to protect the item. We repurpose and re-use all of our supplier stock boxes, and all excess are given away free to the public as they make perfect moving house boxes.
Domestic: Orders:
All items are normally shipped within 1-3 days using NZ Post Overnight Courier (Auckland) or Standard Post. You will receive email confirmation when your item has been picked up, is out for delivery, and delivered. Any queries relating to the order delivery need to be directed to NZ Post first.
Free domestic shipping:
We offer free shipping on all NZ domestic orders over $150.00. The threshold is reached when the amount payable exceeds $150.00. Free shipping will not apply if you are using any discounts that take the final amount payable below $150.00.
International Orders:
All items are normally shipped within 1-3 days using DHL Courier. You will receive email confirmation when your item has been picked up, is out for delivery, and delivered. Any queries relating to the order delivery need to be directed to DHL first. We use the Starshipit App (connected to our courier suppliers) to calculate shipping rates dependant on order value, weight and your location. International rates vary significantly. We choose DHL Courier for their speed & reliability, but note they are not the cheapest international courier.
