We keep packaging to a minimum wherever possible. Orders are packed using paper or recyclable/compostable mailers, and we reuse supplier cartons wherever practical.

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may be able to exchange the item or return it for store credit, provided it is unused, unopened and in its original condition.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at admin@tuhi.co.nz. We’ll arrange a return mailing label where required.
